[NEW MAJOR SOFTWARE RELEASE] As a reminder, Steel Projects has initiated its transition to the SaaS model for a couple of years. Indeed, a part of our R&D team is now dedicated to developing existing features on a web-based application that will be available to our customers in the near future, through different waves.
In the meantime, we are still committed to adding new feature to Steel Projects and release major versions of it. Then, we are thrilled to announce that the 2025 version will be available from Monday May 5th to our customers having subscribed to our service agreement (SMART Program)!
Among its many improvements, it will feature the following:
✅ Improvements of various types of imports: IFC, STEP, NCX (Useful for fabricators having an additional activity of window fabrication).
✅ Improvements of production planning options (GANTT charts available for shipments, drawings, phases or projects).
✅ Compatibility with the latest FICEP machines : XBlade (drilling bench with cutting disc), Kronos (historic plate machine now also used for tube processing), Energy (milling machines for wind turbines).
✅ Automatic feedback available with AGT Robotique welding robots.
✅ Stock and purchasing features on Android tablet.
✅ 3D visualization of FICEP loading benches to quickly identify pieces about to be processed.
✅ Improved management of subcontracting.
✅ Optimized management of macros for FICEP machines
